Organ-specific revitalization
Revitalization is in fashion. Looking at the wide range of measures in conventional medicine, naturopathy and other treatments, which are designed to revitalize the organism, not only the patient but also the physician starts to ponder and wonder. For centuries there have been well-known and tested measures. There is a long history of treatments: from the experiences of Hildegard von Bingen, the cures of Kneipp, fasting and vitamin cures, up to today’s techniques and practices. Viewed objectively, some so-called modern measures should at the best be regarded as rituals, while others are highly effective and tested.

In recent years, I have tried to combine my experience of conventional medicine and naturopathy and integrate them into a unified approach. Whether fasting or a vitamin treatment, sports or relaxation activities, purging or detoxification, or one of many other measures will help a client is certainly very individual. In addition to physiologically measurable factors, the overall context and the individual sensitivity, the person’s life experience and cultural backgrounds play an important role – as well as the current psychological situation. Sometimes revitalizing may consist of a talk – the right words at the right time.

A very interesting aspect is organ-specific revitalizing. I have made the experience that it can be a highly effective way to the recovery of the whole organism. Weaknesses of the kidneys and liver are especially in the focus of organ-specific revitalization cures. There are also revitalization cures for the heart, the nervous system, the digestive tract and other organs and, of course, for the immune system.

Many herbal ingredients can be combined perfectly well with homeopathic preparations and orthomolecular medicine for a treatment. In addition to vitamins, electrolytes and trace elements also amino acids are important in orthomolecular medicine. When it comes to detoxification of the liver or holistic cancer therapy, enzyme therapy has a high priority. Such organ-specific revitalizing can be combined with traditional therapies, for example acupuncture, which can also be highly effective on individual organs.
